Why not maximize your properties coverage and advertise with us for free. Whether your selling or letting your property and fancy doing it yourself we can offer a free helping hand by free use of our site providing free advertising.

Just click on register and create an account or if you have an account already just log in with your username and password.

Once you are logged in follow these steps:

• Choose your selling or letting group, (Private person or an Agency)
• Upload your images for approval by us
• Create a description of your property and measurements of your rooms if you so wish
• Add your contact details, phone numbers, emails and maybe an address
• Click on submit

We then will do the rest. Once one of our staff has approved your listing your property will then go live for 30 days. After which it will automatically come down. If you have not sold or let your property in this time you will need to re-list it again. It will be easy for you to find as it will be saved in your account.

For a fixed fee we can also assist you with vetting people and credit checks when required. You only have to ask.

If you are interested in this service please contact us to make an appointment for one of our staff to come out and survey your property, take the necessary pictures, measurements and create a description. We will then add your property to our database and monthly advertisement on Rightmove and Zoopla.
